Kindle started when Big Al himself posted evaluation a self-published novel by British writer Jacqueline Howett referred to as the Greek Seaman. He starts having a friendly bio note of the author and provides a hyperlink to her very own blog, and provides a brief objective description of the book, before getting on to his review. He calls the book compelling and interesting, and says various other nice things. However, he admits that, there are many spelling and grammar errors it is difficult to get to the book, and also lends to difficulty unraveling what are the author meant. kindle cases.
Reading really should not be that hard, Big Al concluded.
The first touch upon the post originated from the one and only author Howett herself. She said hello was a very unfair review and claimed she had posted an latest version Big Al should have read instead.Maybe its just my style and being English is exactly what you do not get, she said. She then posted some better reviews she'd gotten from many people on Amazon.
This, subsequently, prompted Big Al to try and explain:
Listed here are a couple of sample sentences from your first two chapters that provided pause and are representative of some tips i found difficult while reading.
She carried her stocky build carefully back down the stairs.
Don and Katy watched hypnotically Gino place more coffees out at another table with supreme balance.

Look AL, I'm not inside the mood for playing snake together with you, some tips i read above doesn't have any flaws. My writing is ok.
This is not merely discusting and unprofessional from you, but you really don't fool me AL.
Authors don't dictate to reviewers which copy to review. You signal a single copy and uphold it. Then when it is all said and done, you cannot attack the reviewer. It reeks of a not enough professionalism. You thank the reviewer for his or her time, that is unpaid, I will add. Then pitch a match your pals, not inside a public forum this way.
Said another: Hopefully, reviewers like us could weed out books like this to aid readers make better informed choices.
It was all poisenous venom replied Howett, gamely and angrily lashing back at commentator after commentator.
Things carry on and escalate there are no longer 300 comments with this writing until one commentator couldn't help mentioning to Howett, It's just like you're proving Al's point for him simply by your own personal writing inside comments.
Replied Howett, Fuck off.
Meanwhile, a Salon report that also labels the incident a cautionary tale notes the flame war has spilled up to Howett's page on Amazon, where reader reviews have lowered her with a one-and-a-half star rating. Commenters have taken to calling it vile, trash and never obviously any good real book, observes Salon's Drew Grant. It's doubtful any of these reviewers might have even found Seaman been with them not been for your author's public blow-up on Big Al's blog.
